Team Leader Group Call North West 5th May 2017

Our next Team Leader GroupCall Centre Training meeting will be held on the morning of Friday 5th May at Paymentshield in Southport.

Our session will focus on developing a great culture in a contact centre environment.

Paymentshield won Call North West’s Contact Centre of the Year in 2016, so it’s a great opportunity to explore with them how they developed their culture, as well as how they approach engaging and developing their people.  They’ve put colleague development and the customer experience at the heart of their business.

It should be a very interesting session, and because numbers are limited means that we will be able to explore the topic in some depth.
