This half day session from our Essentials Skills series, helps participants to think about their communication style, where it will work for them, and what they can do to work more confidently in a wider range of situations and with a wider range of people.

We’ll also explore individual approaches to conflict and look at ways to be more assertive within the dynamics of a relationship.

Fun, interactive, with a focus on real learning while exploring the essentials of communication.
