Alyson McNeela


Alyson has over 15 years of experience working in sales and client relationship roles, working for both large blue chip companies as well as smaller privately owned businesses. Clients have spanned a wide range of sectors, meaning that Alyson has a depth of understanding as well as a wealth of stories and practical examples to bring to her training sessions.

For the last 5 years, Alyson trained and coached operational teams in sales, account management and customer service training programmes which resulted in stronger relationships with clients and contributed to the growth and retention of business.

She has a natural empathy and an inclusive approach, creating an open environment for learning to take place.

Alyson is passionate about understanding what makes people tick and is accredited facilitator in the DISC psychometric assessment tool. She is able to apply DISC to a range of situations and scenarios in the real world, which help delegates get the best out of all of their interactions with colleagues and clients alike.
