Yesterday saw the launch of the Call North West Team Leader Group which we are delighted to be supporting.
A big thanks to Sky for hosting the event – everyone was so welcoming and helpful.
There was a great buzz in the room, over 30 team leaders all keen to network and understand more about the world of great customer contact.
Great to see so many people talking about good practice.
We’re supporting this group, because we know the difference a good team leader can make to a contact centre operation and to the morale of their team.
