Team Leader Group Call North West 8th September 2017

Call Centre TrainingAfter the success of the Recruitment Showcase at Sofology, the next Team Leader Group meeting will take place at Ombudsman Services in Warrington. A big thank you to them for hosting the session.

On Friday 8th September; we will be looking at Managing Change, and the key role of the team leader in any significant change.
