Team Leader Group Call North West 21st July 2017

We are delighted to announce that Diane Banister will be chairing the next Call North West Team leader Group on the 21st July, which s being hosted by Sofology in Warrington.

The focus of the session will be on Recruitment and Recruitment Best Practice. Stacey Williams, Sofology’s Talent Acquisition Manager will be talking about their approach to recruitment, and Red Recruitment will also be presenting ‘Best Practice Attraction for Contact Centres’.
