Customer Service Week is always the first week of October and a great way to highlight your customer focus in your organisation.
It gives you an opportunity to recognise your Customer Service Heroes and to connect with your customers after what has been a tough 18 months in a lot of sectors.
Here’s the theme for each of the days,
