DiSC for Sales people

The DiSC sales model helps your sales people adapt their style to the prospect or customer they are working with; helping them to present information in the way that makes it resonate with the customer, and which makes it easier for them to buy from you.

When a sales person completes their DiSC sales questionnaire, they’ll receive a coaching session with one of our experienced sales coaches, who have had direct experience of sales roles in the past.  In the coaching session, they’ll explore their profile, and find out about their sales strengths, their sales challenges and what DiSC means in terms of buying styles.

What you will get from Intelligent Dialogue DiSC for Sales session

Depending on the number of people in your sales team and your objectives, we usually run a training or briefing session to help them understand DiSC and how this can help them as sales people.

Following this we’ll arrange a coaching session with each member of your team individually, where they will have the opportunity to explore their own personal DiSC for Sales profile with an experienced sales coach.

During the session, they will explore


their sales strengths
their sales challenges
how they can recognise the style of their customers or buyers
how they can understand the drivers of their customers
how they can adapt their style to their customers and prospects
how they can map out their customer interactions
their own personalised action plans

How long will it take?

A briefing session for your sales team is usually an hour and delivered on line.

A training session about DiSC for sales can be run in a half day, and delivered in a training room, or virtually.

The one to one coaching session for the sales person around the DiSC profile usually takes an hour and a half.
