We use Everything DiSC® Management Profile as a development tool, to help increase the effectiveness of anyone in a management role.

DiSC helps people to develop stronger working relationships in teams, across teams, as well as with customers, clients and partners.

Depending on your need, we use the Everything DiSC® Management Profile as part of a Management Development Programme, or as a stand alone coaching session to help Managers understand themselves and others.

The DiSC Management profile helps people

  • Understand DiSC® styles
  • Direct and delegate to members in their team
  • Create a motivating environment
  • Develop team members with different styles
  • Understand how they can build the relationship with their own line manager

Participants learn how their management style influences how they manage time, make decisions, approach problems, and what they need to do to adapt to the styles of others to bring out the best in each and every employee in their charge.

People find the reports uncannily accurate, and complete useful. This is a profile to refer back to several times as a manager. Supported with access to a learning portal which gives access to more resources about your own DiSC style and what that means when collaborating with others.

How long will it take?

An hours’ briefing for people receiving the DiSC Management Profile and Coaching. This can be done virtually, by Zoom or Teams.

A 121 coaching session which usually lasts an hour to an hour and half.

The DiSC Management Profile can also be included as part of our Management Development Programmes.
