Intelligent Dialogue’s Executive Coaching creates the space to have an open, supportive conversation allowing the person being coached the space and opportunity to think.

A theme of our Leadership Development Programmes is support and challenge, and the work we do one to one can play a significant part in that. Exec coaching is developmental, and fundamentally exists to help the person being coached to develop their resourcefulness; to maximise their potential.

We work with business leaders to their agenda helping them think, consider, reframe, focus and act to help themselves and their organisation.

An Intelligent Dialogue Exec Coach acts as a sounding board, explores issues and options, helps people to recognise progress and can be a safety valve – helping people to express their feelings and frustrations.

Senior leaders are often time poor, so Executive Coaching can fit around their diary, and support their own personal and professional development.

What you will get from Intelligent Dialogue Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching Sessions – a programme of coaching sessions over a 3 – 12 month period

Time devoted to you.

Now often a Teams or a Zoom call, coaching sessions create the space for thinking and exploration.

Coaching sessions work best when the agenda is driven by the individual, so we focus on areas that the business and individuals wish to develop. Developing Commercial and Leadership capabilities and their approach to key issues within the business.

Confidential one to one meetings, driven by the person being coached,  discussing both real world challenges and the objectives the individual wants to achieve. Coaching sessions often focus on

developing better internal relationships
productivity & focus
strategy and focus
improving leadership skills
decision making
navigating and leading change

How long will it take?

60 – 90 minute sessions, working best in a programme of at least 6 sessions.
