Mentoring Skills Training and the Importance of Mentors

What you will get from an Intelligent Dialogue Mentoring Skills Training Course

Our mentoring skills training workshops enable participants to

understand the nature and requirements of a mentoring relationship
establish a mentoring relationship effectively – defining the parameters of your role and contribution
select appropriate mentoring styles according to the requirements of the individual and the issues they want to address
use questions to help people review and reflect on issues and to learn from their experiences
listen deeply to what people are saying in order to establish their resourcefulness and respond to underlying issues

This is usually a one day practical workshop, supported by our Go To Guide in Mentoring.
