Our sales Coaching Skills Training equips sales managers with the tools, skills and approaches to have effective coaching conversations that develop real performance.

There is more and more evidence that effective sales managers coach their people. Their focus is not just on performance and targets but helping and equipping their team to achieve their targets and get to where they want to be.  A growth rather than a fixed mindset.

From joint calling to regular conversations about their sales approach, or coaching around live customer facing opportunities, this course helps participants structure and lead effective coaching sessions, while both supporting and challenging sales people.

How long will it take?

1- 2 days in house.

Further develop your coaching skills with an optional 1.5-hour Teams / Zoom coaching session for each participant or coaching observation.
