Motivating your team

The Call North West quarterly Team Leader Group took place on Friday 9th February, a big thank you to the Co-op in Manchester for their hospitality.

I’ve had the pleasure of chairing the group since the beginning of 2017 and it’s building into a really useful community of team leaders who share ideas and best practice.

For this session, I was the guest speaker! Yes I booked myself for the gig!

But motivating teams was a big subject that team leaders were often talking about, so I wanted to lead a session on motivation, motivators, and how to motivate people you work with.
