We publish lots of information about customer service, sales, leadership and L&D. The data we collect from you enables us to send you relevant information, and point you in the direction of new content, blog posts and free resources. Our intention is always to be helpful. From time to time, emails will include further information about our products and services.

The information we retain is limited to the information that you have provided us with, normally a name, job role, the email address you supplied for contact purposes and the name of the organisation you work for, again supplied when you completed a form or downloaded a sample request. We add additional information to our record in the forms of tags that enable us to more accurately target relevant information to you; this includes the type of organisation you work for e.g. Corporate, SME, Public Sector, Not for Profit and the organisational business area your company works in e.g. Education, Healthcare, Transportation etc.

We hold information where you have been a participant on an Intelligent Dialogue training course or development programme and where you have given consent by completing the consent section of our feedback form.

Personal Information and collects personally identifiable information from the visitors to our website only on a voluntary basis. Personal information collected on a voluntary basis may include name, job role, postal address, email address, company name and telephone number.

This information is collected if you request information from us, participate in a competition or survey, and sign up to join our email list or request some other service or information from us. The information collected is internally reviewed, used to improve the content of our website, notify our visitors of updates, and respond to visitor enquiries.

Once information is reviewed, it is discarded or stored in our files. If we make material changes in the collection of personally identifiable information we will inform you by placing a notice on our site.

Personal information received from any visitor will be used only for internal purposes and will not be sold or provided to third parties.

How long do we retain your information?

We will keep your information for as long as is necessary for us to fulfill our purpose as a business. If you no longer wish to have your information recorded or for some reason the information has changed or is incorrect, or you wish to have a copy of the information we hold please mark the appropriate button below. Your request will then be sent to the data record holder and you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that the relevant action has been taken.

Who do we share your information with?

We will not generally share your information with any company or individual who is not an employee of Intelligent Dialogue Ltd. However, we may share information with our

Use of Cookies and Web Beacons
