At New Victoria Hospital we have a desire to deliver the very best patient experience. We wish to ensure all of our patients feel cared for, that they are receiving a service that is tailored to their needs, that facilitates their patient journey, and eases their healthcare worries.
Intelligent Dialogue have worked in partnership with the Hospital to really develop our Patient Services team with a level of training they have not experienced before. The training was bespoke and reflected the values of the Hospital and the quality standards we wish to achieve. The Intelligent Dialogue team managed to achieve a big impact and improvement, with some of the smallest of changes, the results have been profound for the team, the Hospital, and ultimately our patients.
Diane and Fiona have been excellent throughout the whole programme, they ‘got it’, and truly understood the Hospital and the Team, meaning the impact of the training was even greater.
